All reservations made through our website or by email are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the Company. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of service and the date of travel. Full payment is required at least [30-45 Days] prior to the departure date. If full payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
No refunds will be given for unused portions of a travel package or for any services not utilized.
Fox Tours USA acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and other services. Fox Tours USA is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or defaults of these independent suppliers. Fox Tours USa is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of such occurrences.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to the departure date. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel your tour more than 60 days before departure, you will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given.
Changes to itineraries: Fox Tours USA reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary for reasons such as weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Fox Tours USA will make every effort to provide a similar experience as the original itinerary.
Travel documents: It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain and carry valid travel documents such as a passport and visas. Fox Tours USA is not responsible for any issues arising from the lack of proper travel documents.
Insurance: We strongly recommend that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected expenses or losses.
Responsibility and Liability: Fox Tours USA is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the tour. Customers must take responsibility for their own safety and well-being.
Force majeure: Fox Tours USA will not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by events outside of their control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
Complaints: Any complaints regarding the tour should be reported to the tour operator immediately so that they can attempt to resolve the issue.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Changes or cancellations to a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and may be subject to additional fees.
In the event of a flight cancellation or delay, Fox Tours USA and/or airline will provide reasonable assistance, but shall not be liable for any resulting costs or damages.

Baggage allowances and fees may vary by airline and are subject to change without notice.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive at the airport in sufficient time to check in and clear security.
Fox Tours USA and/or airline is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
